Why we exist
Every summer, Fulton County mails out Notices of Assessment, and thousands of homeowners see a number that jumped and don't know what to do with it. Into that gap steps an industry that, too often, runs on volume: sign everyone, file everything, and let the homeowner discover after the fact that their case never had a chance.
We think that's backwards. A property tax appeal is a real legal right with real stakes, and the most valuable thing a service can do isn't to file your appeal — it's to tell you the truth about whether you should. So that's what we built our whole company around.
